This is JSL’s highly effective product maintenance service system. In the All-inclusive Meter Contract, the expenses of powder, consumables (exclusive of paper and staples), parts and service fee of regular maintenance, will be transferred into the fee of output unit. Users will be charged based on the amount (of reprography and print) actually used each month. As one of the most advanced systems in the world, All-inclusive Meter Contract has been brought into wide use in many countries and areas. Why Do We Need All-inclusive Meter Contract Different from home appliances and personal computers, duplicators and printers consist of many precise mechanical parts. The attrition of these parts is directly proportional to the time of running and amount of reprography or print. To ensure perfect performance of a duplicator, we have to provide regular maintenance, such as to change the consumables periodically, adjust and clean up the mechanical parts. That means, duplicator parts are consumed while outputting images. To ensure a stable and high quality running of the machine, regular maintenance is quite necessary. Advantage of All-inclusive Meter Contract Stability of Expenditures Charge calculation based on an All-inclusive Meter Contract is obtained from the amount of reprography and print actually used. Cost of parts, consumables and technical maintenance service is converted to the fee of output unit. So there will be no major fluctuations of expenditures. |
