　　Challenge
　　As the most valuable partner providing on-site service of China XXX Insurance Company Limited, in the recent 12 years, JSL experienced the worsening problem of work.
　　Indemnity Claim Center need process thousands of claim bills. Finally office workers had to manually check the bills inefficiently. The time of turnover was almost up to 2 weeks and the payment deadline was up to 15 days. At the beginning of renewal with the insurance company, JSL found a favourable turn and more efficient business processing. At the same time, the insurance company decided to scan the insurance contract into electronic files, which would need updated system and technology.
　　“Our business was greatly improved in the last 12 years, but our partner JSL was never changed,” said HR director Ms. Bai, “we are about to execute document management outsourcing, which will need reconstruction of infrastructure.”

　　5 months after implementation of the scheme, the scan system monthly saved approx. 8000 Yuan for the insurance company while the operating cost was decreased by 80%. High-speed automatic processing system reduced the number of staff and time, and there were as many as 50,000 mails monthly sent out from the insurance company.
