　　Johnson Stokes & Master was founded in Hong Kong in 1863 and has a history of more than 140 years. It is rooted in Hong Kong, facing Asia, headquartered in the most prosperous CBD of Hong Kong and has representative offices and branches in Beijing, Shanghai, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. It is the biggest and most excellent law office engaged in international business in Asia.
　　JSM has more than 800 employees, in which 260 employees are registered lawyer. Its business is commercial legal service. It was selected as the best law firm of Hong Kong.
　　On January 28th, 2008, it is combined with Mayer Brown and now named Mayer Brown JSM in Hong Kong.

　　Challenge
　　The existing service level and quality of the previous supplier could not meet the requirements of JSM. When JSM was combined with Mayer Brown and had a new brand and identity, equipments provided by the supplier could not even print the brand in right color. Besides, the new company needed to implement new service system. In order to satisfy their demands better, JSM decided to seek for new partner.
　　

　　Settlement
　　After the assessment of couples of suppliers, they assessed JSL as the most powerful supplier. The assessment was obtained through the investigation on our staff and meeting discussion. JSL had detailed collection of the user’s demands as well.
　　“Why we finally selected JSL was because of their experience of service for legal service industry. Their ability is what our sales department and on-site staff actually need,” said Ms. Lin, director of the representative office, “we redecorated the reprography room and changed the name into ‘Documentation Resources Center’. The new duplicators are very beautiful. JSL’s service team is extremely efficient.”
　　The Documentation Resources Center was equipped with 5 multicolor compound devices and offered the functions of multicolor print, scan and facsimile. JSL’s printing management server could distribute the printing work to different equipments and effectively reduced the time of waiting for printing. Now, all the staff can print the quotation and contract of fixed format.
　　JSL’s all-inclusive equipment service helped our client to carry out their fixed assets management and cost control easily.

　　“We are very happy to cooperate with JSL’s professional team. All the work can be completed quickly and effectively,” said Ms. Lin, “JSL monthly provided us a report of document output, checked the performance of the equipments and ensured our daily work.”
　　JMS has found that the quantity was increasing with the improved system, but expenses were dropped considerably. The change of sales department was most obvious. JSL provided original consumables from the manufactures while the lawyers could use the printing equipments without apprehension.
　　The quality of service offered by JSL is incomparable to the previous supplier.
