Automobile Manufacture Industry

　　Speedup in Document Processing
　　Guangzhou XXX Automobile Co., Ltd was founded on September 1, 2004, produces and sells 170000 cars and has a total industrial output value of 32 billions annually. It was aimed to make the factory be the greenest in China, systematically and integratedly solved the problems of recycle of wastewater, decreased the energy consumption and controlled the emissions of volatile gases.
　　They unwaveringly implement brand strategy and the enterprise development strategy of winning with quality. They always keep the target of synchronous development of their business as implementation of internationally accepted quality management system and quality system standard. They have been already focusing on the construction of ISO9001 quality insurance system since it was founded and it got the certification of ISO9001 in April, 2006.

　　Challenge
　　Their business was growing continuously and the output problems were focused on the printing of purchase orders of manufacture and pipelined works.
Low speed of printing or any malfunction of the equipment would suspend the production. Resolution of images affected the attention of the assemblers directly.
　　Another concern was that there were more and more purchase orders as cars of new version hit the market while the production lines were running at full capacity. Even a slightest mistake would lead to huge loses. Mr. Luo, director of information technology, said, “we are proud of our production speed and zero inventory while stability and heavy load of printing equipments is particularly important.””

　　Settlement
　　They adopted JSL’s office work plan. On the preliminary meeting, JSL’s planning consultant sketched a schematic diagram for the characteristic planning of automobile industry. For the planning they were interested on printing quantity variability, data redundancy and resident service.
　　Through our understanding of automobile industry, we offered an entirely new plan for different yield in slack business seasons and peak business seasons. Through connection with the system, processing bills were automatically printed to related posts. To assure normal output, JSL used double backup system for software and hardware and ensured the operating when malfunction occurred and automatic routing when the devices were shut down.
　　If trouble of the equipments occured, it would automatically hint our on-site staff. Our maintenance technician would arrive the site in 5 minutes, eliminate the trouble in 10 minutes and replace the equipment in 30 minutes. Certainly the premise of our work was to ensure the running of production.

　　Result
　　The company was very satisfied with the solution, “JSL really knew about our needs and offered the service of specific aim.”
In half of a year, the time for producing a car was shortened to 80s from 87s and the next target is 60s.JSL is ready to launch.
